Director, Operations
Nicole began her career at DaVita Labs in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant on the People Services (PS/Human Resources) team. This role led to an 11-year tenure with People Services, where Nicole served as PS Administrator, PS Coordinator, PS Generalist, and eventually PS Manager. In 2017, Nicole changed lanes and became the Director of Learning & Development (L&D), and shortly after took on the Safety and Facilities teams, as well. In 2023, Nicole moved into the role of Director of Operations, adding Lab Customer Support to her scope of responsibilities.
