Crystal
Crystal started with the Village in December 2017, moving to Florida three months after Hurricane Maria passed through Puerto Rico. She began with the lab as an Auto Chemistry Med Tech. After a year and a half, Crystal moved into the Trace Metals department; and when the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020, she joined the brand new Molecular team. Now, Crystal serves as a Clinical Laboratory Technical Analyst, collaborating with leaders and teammates on clinical projects across the lab. Crystal also embodies our core value of Fun, volunteering as a member of the Lab Fun’Ky Bunch and our DaVita Labs All Star Band!
