Robert’s DaVita Labs adventure began seven years ago when, as a college student, he got a summer job as a Specimen Processor in Clinical Support. He enjoyed the atmosphere so much that he decided the start his career with DaVita after graduation! Robert spent five years in Revenue Operations before moving over to the Quality team (the Pit Crew) as a Quality Control & Improvement Analyst. In this role, he supports our core value of Continuous Improvement throughout the Lab. Robert is also a member of the DaVita Labs Teammate Council, a group that consults with leadership to guide lab-wide decision-making.
